- Lives in BC (or within driving distance of our office)
- Can speak and write English fluently
- Has completed an electrical apprenticeship with a valid BC Certificate of Apprenticeship, BC
- Certificate of Qualification, and the Inter-provincial Standard Endorsement (Red Seal)
- Has a valid BC Drivers License
- Willing to work flexible hours and take on-call service work
- Able to work at heights: climb industrial ladders; work in the bucket truck; etc.
- Experience installing, maintaining, testing and troubleshooting power distribution equipment and various electrical equipment and apparatus
- Ability to read prints and AutoCAD electrical drawings
- Experience designing, developing, installing, maintaining, testing and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLC’s), touch screen controls, motion controls, variable speed drives and man/machine interfaces are all strong assets (not mandatory, but highly valued)
